Background
St. Patrick’s Church shares a rich tradition and history, both of its people and buildings. The mission of St. Patrick’s Church is one of community of believers to strive for unification and stronger communal life. This work includes us to be dedicated patrons who work to strengthen our own parish life and the wider community of Christians and non-Christians alike in Fremont area and everywhere else we might be.
Engineered Controls began working with the St. Patrick’s Church in 2001 as part of the original construction team. Since then, Engineered Controls has been assisting operations personnel at St. Patrick’s Church in streamline building operations to reduce energy consumption and provide optimal comfort.
The building management system consists of a Honeywell WEBs system architecture and controls a mixture of mechanical and electrical equipment including a Chiller, Boilers, Pumps, AHUs, VFDs, CUHs, UHs, FCUs, and Radiant panels.
The Honeywell WEBs network monitors and controls in excess of 8,000 points.
